Windows Profile will not load Stuck in backup

Issue:

Attempting to log into windows and it fails. Logging in with safe mode loads a temporary profile

Solution:

Active the adminstrator account  -

net user administrator /active:yes

Reboot and log on as adminstrator

regedit to local machiine/software/microsoft/windows nt/current version/profilelist

should see 2 identical keys with one having a .bak extension.

rename .bak to .ba
rename without extension to .bak
rename .ba to no extention.

in the no extention profile
set refcount to 0
set state 0

reboot in your profile.

set administrator to not active. 

net user administrator /active:no
