Setup FTP for Scan to folder on windows

Scan to folder is the fast way to get documents from a scanner to your computer. Send to email is not secure and and your document has to leave the office and then return back into your office before you can see it. Even when the scanner is 2 feet away from the computer.  SMB work very well but with the updated security setting and at time DNS issues, SMB will not work. Scan to Email is also hit and miss at times. 
FTP (File Transport Protocol) has been around since the internet was invented. It is efficient and fast.
